If I continue to run into roadblocks while recruiting for your position(s), I will ask you to re-evaluate your requirements to make sure that your “Must Haves” and “Would be nice to Have”” are realistic.
- I promise that there will never be any secrets. By the time you go through my proven process, you will know all of the important facts so that you can make an informed decision.
- I will never leave out pertinent information about my candidates, just to make a placement.
